My name is Danny Sandwiches! Interesting name you might say. I was given the nickname when I worked for a video game company. We would work long hours (up to 12 hours, sometimes more) during crunch time. So to save money, I would buy lunch meat for the week and keep it in the fridge at work. I would also always have a loaf of bread at my desk. People started to call me Danny Sandwiches because I would eat 3-4 sandwiches a day, depending on how long the shift was. I would keep it simple with just turkey/ham and mayo/mustard, but occasionally I would make bigger sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, cheese.

I am originally from the east coast. I grew up in Virginia for roughly 15 years, then moved out to Las Vegas when I was in high school. When I'm not working or going to school, I enjoy doing many things! I like to play video games (even after all those years working in the video game industry), be outdoors in nature (mostly hiking or fishing), playing sports (favorite sports to play are basketball and football), or just relaxing with the family.

I have recently decided to go back to school in search of my 2nd bachelors degree. I am heading for a degree in Journalism & Media, with a focus on Audio Production and Sports Broadcasting. My hope is to one day use my degree in sports, whether that be commentating games, sideline reporting, or interviewing players/coaches for news articles. With my current journalism class, I'm hoping understand the history of media and how it all got started. I'm also hoping to gain a lot of knowledge regarding the digital media area because that is the main source in today's society. More specifically, I'm curious about which avenue is looked at for the most information.
